Each coverage slot is one service and map pin. Use the same service in several locations, different services, or a mix. Every pin keeps your plan’s radius limit. Overlapping circles are allowed, but the same request appears only once for your business.

Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Each purchased connection allowance lasts 30 days from successful payment. A connection does not guarantee a reply or a job. Review the final total before payment. Read the full billing policy.

What happens after the free trial?

You decide whether to authorize a paid membership. The standard trial does not automatically enrol you in a paid plan.

What happens to unused paid connections?

Each purchased allowance is valid for 30 days from verified payment. Renewing or changing plans does not extend an earlier allowance. Connections already made remain available for continued conversations.

Can I cancel future renewals?

You can cancel at period end from your Business Portal or contact support. Your account and existing customer conversations remain available.
